My inner autist managed to overpower and curb stomp my inner Schweinehund so I git bisected mesa to find out about that black texture error in Eden I posted about a while ago. It was caused by commit 2a56a25c9e96e3eff6008b91dbfaf939ec345713 first appearing in mesa-26.1.1 and it caused issues in some other games too. But only when the nu-Doom DLC was affected by this they added a way to turn on the old behavior via "radv_force_nan_preserve_min_max=true" set by either the environment or an drirc entry.
So if you're a Loonix & AMD using poorfag and see black textures with edges that should be transparent, try this option.

I ran that vibed up Ladystalker translation with a Padforge profile that maps analog diagonals with absolute controls. Fuck playing that game with the gamepad tilted or constantly thinking about that shit. Probably makes Landstalker a lot more playable too, and lots of other iso games.

In Landstalker you can just use either of the closest corresponding absolute directions to start moving into the direction you're already facing and then just additionally push one of the two adjacent direction and then only keep holding that one to turn and keep going. It's a bit weird at first but makes the most sense actually for a game with an isometric perspective.

Or I can just bind diags on my analog stick and not use some tilted dpad config or press diagonals all the time which is irritating on a dpad. I get how it makes sense. Just rather do it this way.

Happy that the Quest 2 can run PS2 games with ARMSEX2, but the input latency is killing me. I have to push the buttons like 300ms in advance, intolerable in a flipper game.

Not sure yet if this is due to the emulator, its default settings, the bluetooth controller, the quest, or even the game itself.
>>
>>578195258
Any point to the Quest when it comes to PS2 emulation? Isn't it just a 2D screen in your face, or does it add depth somehow? You should run picrel, I gotsta know what you get.

Adulthood really is acknowledging how lousy of a 2D system SNES is compared to the Genesis, colors be damned. 256h makes everything look distorted, and worse when it's ported from a 320h system. MD's 320h allows for so much more information and detail on screen. Not to mention how much the SNES slows down.

>Any point to the Quest when it comes to PS2 emulation?
As far as I know, not really, aside from the fact that it would be one less reason to buy some sort of gaming handheld if you travel a lot.
A Frame/Pico/Quest is semi-portable, and playing this on a huge virtual screen is certainly more fun than on a liddle phone.

>does it add depth somehow?
This particular emulator does not, Dolphin actually has stereographic rendering options though, I'll experiment with those one day.
There are also full-blown VR mods for some games, including Metroid Prime.

>You should run picrel, I gotsta know what you get.

New hardware renderer features for better performance and accuracy; ROV for fast max blends, AA1 for PS2's esoteric anti-aliasing, AAT for better transparency handling, shader based anisotropic filtering because of driver issues with certain vendors, and so on. TJ has been carrying mainline PCSX2's dev for a little bit now. Merges are just slow, because... reasons? To me it felt like they wanted to pack each "stable" release with as many new features as possible.

>>
>>578213472
Things have to move forward at some point. Most emulators have to deal with shaders, PCSX2 was the outlier. That uber-shader PR effectively solves the problem, and it's something Dolphin had to rely on too. Next you're going to tell me soft floats aren't worth the performance cost and rounding/clamping is good enough.
>>
>>578210338
>So you're running the emu on the Quest hardware itself then?
that footage of flipinc was of armsx2 running on the hardware itself, yes.
I don't know if it supports light guns, but there's a PCVR project that does:

>>
>>578216792
Are you also gonna tell me that soft float, peripherals, pressure sensitivity, and patch management that doesn't suck ass is worth losing for shaders in a system no one emulates at native res anyway?
>>

Neither Link or Jordan are devs, Link can barely type coherent messages and Jordan at most will update a submodule every now and then; otherwise he's just the resident game index janitor. Theres a bunch of virtue signaling around Nvidia in their discord server, mainly over AI, but also because half of them switched to AMD and use Linux now.

>>
>>578218153
>ayy + troonux
Not the worst choice, honestly that's where things should be heading, but pretending AMD isn't a bottom-line focused corporation or heavily invested in AI is ridiculous. Linux is only as viable as it is now thanks to heavy corporate investment and corpos trying to sever from or stick it to Microsoft. Microsoft is heavily invested in AI. Why are you using MS-owned Github, then? What's with people needing to church up and righteously justify everything they do? There is no green, cage-free, gentrified, ethical way to be involved in tech you pretentious losers.
>>
>>578216792
>That uber-shader PR effectively solves the problem
Let's hope so
>Next you're going to tell me soft floats aren't worth the performance cost
No, about time this got fixed. I'm not code savvy enough to understand the detail but the rounding basically means gameplay in some games might have gotten the wrong math, basically? that's terrible

>256h makes everything look distorted

>how much the SNES slows down.
This isn't as common as people make it out to be. And besides, this is an emulation board, you can make slowdown disappear with emulators.
>when it's ported from a 320h system
This is very rare.
>MD's 320h allows for so much more information and detail on screen
Barely. It does look nicer yes, but not much. Also many megadrive games only use its 256h mode.

Also The SNES had a 512h mode which a lot of JRPGs use for displaying kanji clearly.
>>
>>578220751
I'm a little perplexed as to why it's a problem now. Why does it seem to hitch more than it used to? Is it indeed shader compilation or something else being loaded/compiled or inefficiently loaded? If so, why? What are we gaining from this trade-off? Does anyone know when/how/why this started?
>>
>>578221324
*I'll ad, i love the megadrive and the SNES.
I just bought a megadrive in fact, and a flash cart, and a new CRT and transcoder to play it all on.

I'm not trying to start a fight about MD vs SNES.
>>
>>578221324
Very rare my ass! There's dozens of examples of western games that started on MD that got cropped and stretched for their SNES ports. Yes, that 512h mode is very cool for VNs but it is not viable for action games at all. Don't get me wrong, I don't think the SNES sucks. I'd say it has higher highs than the MD in its library, even. I just like how Megadrive's wider resolution and (native) performance looks and feels.
>>
>>578221376

Implementing so many shader-based fixes and tricks instead of relying on hardware functions made the shader calls complex enough that it takes time for them to compile.

Went with Retroid Pocket Nova with the dual screen add-on.
Gonna try the following games with it:
>Soulcalibur 2 (GC)
>Bomberman 64 (N64)
>Streets of Rage 2 (Sega Genesis)
>Azure Dreams (GBC)
>Ex-Zodiac (Steam) (Starfox-like)
>Halo 3 (Xbox 360)
>Dragon Quest V (SNES)
>Fire Emblem Awakening (3DS)
>Mario Hoops 3-on-3 (DS)
>Dino Crysis (PSX)
>Dead or Alive Xtreme Beach Volleyball (Original Xbox)
That should be a good first batch to test. Never owned or tried any of these Retro handhelds before and this might be my last chance to get one at a reasonable price. This thing looks like it emulates games better than my laptop. I've seen videos of people emulating GC and PS2 games at 3x the native resolution, meanwhile my laptop stutters during native resolution GameCube emulation (the console's original resolution, not my laptop). That's crazy, and it's so tiny.

I'm running the ps2 emulator at 2x native resolution and haven't noticed slowdowns. The emulation isn't perfect though, quite a few graphical glitches.

If you're thinking of getting a headset, particularly for emulation, I'd actually advise against a Quest, due to how locked-down and shitty the software is, plus you can't use it without a Meta account and they ask you to upload a selfie video in the verification process.

magic is OP but don't be afraid to experiment, a lot of builds are viable

if you want to make sure you're going to have an easier time try not to die in human form, turning the world dark by dying makes it not only more difficult but also black phantoms spawn which will fuck you up (while also locking you out of world tendency drops)

Also it's harder to gain pure white than it is black, IIRC it will take 4+ new game cycles to go from pure black to pure white

Play in order, 1-1 2-1, though I would recommend going to 4-1 since personally it's easier to me than 3-1

Save the swamp for LAST, it's agonizing. especially with the black phantoms, and giant enemies they have full movement and you can't even roll

Fuck my face. Guess you can't link to another board like that, anyway in Golf the shot timing system is way too fast. Should be like like the attached video, but in emus it's like this:

Anyway, these things *should* be ported back to PC emulators. That's my point, not that MiSTer is superior. I just think it has a livelier community and there's gaytreon incentives to fixing stuff on it, compared to some software emulators. I do not at all believe MiSTer has anything magical going on to make it possible there but impossible on a PC.

Teknoparrot is a front end that bypasses security and handles configuration for arcade games that run on otherwise conventional PC hardware running Windows, for the most part. There are a few Xbox/PS2-based arcade games it launches Xemu and Play! for.

A bad actor patches a rom/iso/firmware/etc to run malware on your host and distribute it online. You download the file, boot it and you're fucked.
It doesn't need to be shady like PS5pro-emu.exe or GTA6-full-full.exe, it can be a translation or a bios.
Everything is exploitable given enough resources, but the bar to do something like this used to be too high to be worth the effort. Not anymore.

You have ocr translation which is pretty much the preferred way to play jap games.
>>

ehhhhhh... as someone who's done a lot of limping through jap games with it, preferred? Not exactly. Real-time ones are very rough, and screenshot ones aren't the most convenient. It's very nice to have, though, and LunaTranslate/Interpreter/Retroarch+vgtranslate are amazing tools.

how is anyone going to "tamper with" roms other than adding some lame hacker group intro?

MAYBE you could hide malware inside a rom, but whatever exploit that uses would have to target some specific version of some specific emulator on some specific OS, and then also avoid detection by everyone who's been downloading the rom

After trying Flipnic and Disgaea, Lumines has so far been the game that had me pedaling most consistently at a reasonable speed.

Still, my pulse was mostly just 86 bpm on average during the session. Hardly good cardio.

For comparison some VR games:

Genotype - 96 bpm
Crisis Brigade 2 - 119 bpm
Thrill of the Fight - 146 bpm (190+ during fights)

>>578765659
I have a somewhat opposite opinion: the graphics aren't good anymore. They would certainly impress me back then, but the geometry of the models is too low, although the designs are cool. Animation, on the other hand, is pretty good.

About gameplay, I have lots of fun with the game, but... yeah... not among the top, so I get why you think it's mid. Sprites and hitboxes are a bit large, you can't maneuver as cleanly as you'd like, weird angles in the gaps of some attacks; visibility could also be better in some instances, it's hard to see what hit you sometimes.

Regardless, it works fine, a good game, just facing fierce competition among many gems in the PC Engine library. The game is slightly easy, appropriate if you suck at shmups (me here).

Not to worry, I'm currently making a few more tweaks to Opus' MM9 recomp. So far vsync hasn't been implemented, nor has a user-friendly indication that DLC has been installed. (At first I thought these question marks in the menu were reserved for things you unlock after completing the base game, but they're slots for DLC.)

Of course, you could wing it and use a VRR monitor, but I currently don't have one, so vsync is a must on my end.
>>
>>578779121
Recomp bro, could you add the option to cycle through weapons with the shoulder buttons? It's another oversight from MM9; the sequel could do that just fine.
>>

>Recomp bro, could you add the option to cycle through weapons with the shoulder buttons?
Absolutely! Thought about adding Bass in too since he's in MM10. (Which uses the same engine as MM9.)
>>
>>578784403
Back then, I played on the original hardware and couldn't get the DLC, so I don't know how Bass plays. Is he like on Rockman & Forte? I ask because there's a chance MM9's level design may not be appropriate for him, though it's unlikely there's the need for worrying.
>>
>>578787436
>Is he like on Rockman & Forte?
Yep, works exactly like in that game! And you're right that it may break MM9's level design LOL, but so does dashing and charge shots since MM9's more like a spiritual successor to MM2.

i dont know much, but i dont think there is any hidden knowledge in the MiSTer cores that the emudevs dont already know.

And even if there was any discovery made by the MiSTer core devs that could help software emulators, it would have already been implemented, but again there isnt any new discovery, so there isnt anything to port.

(cont) MiSTer can just do stuff that just isnt feasible in software emulation, not without extreme slowdown. think of it as using the interpreter instead of JIT, but without the performance penalty.
>>
>>578796000
>nothing discovered and nothing to port
Unique PS1 game fixes (Kattobi Tune), unique Saturn fixes (Hyper 3D Pinball's still broken everywhere else, right?), Virtual Boy timing differences (Golf), N64 timing (Knife's Edge, closer to accurate Body Harvest intro), CDi's DVC in general.
>>
>>578796197
Okay that's a pretty important qualifier. That said I somehow doubt it, between the massive computational power of modern CPUs and GPUs, I just don't believe that a cheap FPGA that only accidentally benefits emulation is that much more magical.
>>
>>578796406
and what do you know about those fixes?
how do you know those fixes arent possible by essentially using something like an interpreter instead of JIT, which yes could do in a software emu, but would just run like shit and theres no way around it.
>>
>>578796406
>Unique game fixes
why dont you open a issue on an emudevs github for said game issue, and point out to them its fixed in a MiSTer core, if its just a matter of knowning someone already figured a solution out, then point them to it and see what happens.

Looks like the vine demo will pass in DK64 on SiSTer if you set the DDR3 Delay to 56, but I wonder if that's a little slower than N64. Either way it's not game agnostic behavior. I bet ModRetro just has an ini toggling this for DK64 to pass it too.
>>
>>578799416
This does not fix the Body Harvest intro sync, however.
>>578796584
>>578796795
Not much, admittedly, but MiSTer fixes and research have been applied to MAME:
https://grok.com/share/c2hhcmQtNA_aebac39f-2e88-4c4f-8073-4de748ccd3e9
To summarize: Parodius, Hyper Duel, Surprise Attack. That said, if most of MiSTer's 'fixes' are simply a knock-on effect of how an FPGA operates, then I suppose there's not much that can be done.
>>
I still don't see why CDi DVC isn't tackled on PC, yet is on MiSTer, outside of the right autists being present and active in the MiSTer community. Muh-timing/interpreter slowdown isn't an excuse there. Same for that VB Dragon Hopper issue some (based) retard on here fixed through vibe-coding. Sometimes it's just down to interest.

As far as I know, the raphnet adapter is the only one way to use real N64 controller addons with any emulator, currently just Project 64 and mupen64plus from the looks of it. I suggest you go with a cart dumper/writer like the GBxCart RW since it's a more flexible tool that will get you the same end result you want.

I'm having some trouble getting my Ryubing saves synced with Syncthing. I currently am syncing the entire "%AppData%/Ryujinx/bis/" directory with no ignore rules set. The problem is stemming from how Ryujinx and its forks name save data based on when the game was first launched on that particular instance of the emulator and not on any kind of game ID.

Upon further research, I'm thinking that I should be syncing "%AppData%/Ryujinx/bis/", "%AppData%/Ryujinx/profiles/" and "%AppData%/Ryujinx/system/". If anybody else has figured this out, I would appreciate some help figuring this out. The overall goal is to have the saves synced without having to think about what order I've launched games in on different devices.

>>
>>578856313
Most, but not all, and even then in some cases the results aren't the same either due to how the MiSTer works or improvements that have been made to the code.

I'm not even shilling for the MiSTer, I'm saying that I believe there are things that can be ported back from it or learned for it so no one has to buy one, but I think the devs are either checked out or are too disdainful or lazy to even look.

This time I tried a good game, and LocoRoco has 3 frames of input delay. This might be a stronger candidate where the emu (PPSSPP) itself has input lag of some kind. I know NSMB comes with 2 frames of input delay, but I'm honestly not sure to rule emus like MelonDS out the same way I am PPSSPP.

Bros, I told here before. In cases like this you:

1. Pick short and succinct games that respect your time (there's plenty of those in 4th-gen consoles, but they're really all around)
2. Build familiarity and replay your favorite, short games.

That will keep your hobby afloat and provide you fun while you rest. Other than that, check if you haven't put yourself in a tough spot in life. Ponder if you can make some changes to make things better.

What is even if your issue, what is not happening the way you want it to happen?
Since I have some experience with Syncthing, but not for emulation, I assume there must be some files that are just different between emulators/systems. Perhaps just synch Ryujinx\bis\user\save or even be more specific from one specific save folder to the specific folder on the other device, if the structure of the emulators is different.

You guys complain about console emulators not being 100% accurate but from most stuff I tried I barely ran into any major issues.

However when I tried emulating some old Java games I played on my phone many years ago most of them were just unplayable.
I used both Android and PC emulators and almost all games I tried with them had graphical glitches, kept freezing and crashing or wouldn't load at all.
Luckily I still have a working old Nokia phone so I play most games on that phone instead.
So why is Java emulatin so bad? Is it just the lack of interest or the fact games had to be released in many different versions for various phones?

Kay. Just feel like people should know the limitations; admittedly I like the LRPS2 when it supports the game's input methods. Otherwise you have to seek out a standalone, preferably Reliquary as it's the most feature complete and has PGS.

Even since anon said it's a problem in recent pcsx2 built I just didn't update so I'm not sure if it's actually real.
but I've definitely seen latest reliquary stutter on games I was playing just fine in not so old pcsx2 mainline. Maybe it's a PGS issue, I don't know and don't care but any stuttering happening is a change from old pcsx2 which I got running smooth as butter.
>>
>>579095459
The shader thing occur (supposedly) on base PCSX2, so it's a gsdx thing. If you have stutter with PGS, then the reason is something else. Maybe just you hardware can't keep up, especially if you run with the softfloat activated.
>>
>>579095795
I clearly saw stutter happening when new effects, new moves etc were done ingame on reliquary w/ PGS. I'll update and check again if I have time. It's not completely awful stuttering btw, but still not great to see.
I doubt it's a system thing with a 7800X3D and 5070TI.
Maybe it's better now I dunno, I didn't check in a while honestly.
>>
It's crazy just how resistant main PCSX2devs are to improving and fixing their emulator, but also the LRPS2 maintainers. Cursed platform. Disco's the only one even trying, but he can only do so much.

>>
>>579095063
It's a good thing Loonix exists.
>>
>>579101586
>is it any better than simply using ParallelGS
softfloat and ParallelGS are unrelated.
Softfloat fixes PS2 games where the actual game logic gets calculated wrong due to PS2 CPU doing weird illegal math shit.
ParallelGS just fixes graphical bugs by basically having a software renderer that can also increase resolution, because it uses shaders to do it, in parallel, making it fast enough to be viable.
>>
>>579105110
Oh okay, so the Burnout series is safe. Guess I'll only use PGS if I ever get into the Armored Core series.
>>
>>579105110 (You)
i worded that poorly, its not fixing graphical bugs by allowing upscaling, thats just a nice bonus. but its fixing graphical bugs by virtue of just being a software renderer (thats running on compute shaders, which makes it also a bit more flexible allowing some cool tricks)

and i should word softfloat better, softfloat fixes bugs introduced by emulators, because the emulators get the game logic wrong, because they dont emulate the PS2 CPU correctly, the PS2 does math in a way that modern CPUs dont, to oversimplify alot: on a PS2 2+2 is not always 4, and to get a modern CPU to calculate math in that strange way requires alot of overhead and alot of cleverness
>>
>>579105737
PGS work really good with Armored Core, fix all the hud bugs and you can squeeze a sharp image out of it.

Uhh, yeah. When you uprez the framebuffer to ~720p all the CRT shader effects and scanlines become finer and less noticeable at best, and at worst start showing moire and other undesirable artifacts. 480p HUD elements don't upscale to 720p nearly as badly as 240p ones do. You have mental problems. None of this is worth eating and apologizing for all the missing features in LRPS2. Why not ask for them instead of saying "it's fine, I'll gargle cock for shaders"?

Speaking of CRTs, I can't lug one up 8 floors and elevators are shit, so I'm settling for upgrading from a 1080p to a 4K. The Dell S2725QS is within my budget and has the real estate to not make the shader(s) look like a moire patterned monstrosity, but its low nit count of 350 (a mere 100 higher than my current screen) is worrisome. The Acer Nitro XV275K has the supposed prerequisite of 1000 nits but is slightly out of my budget and reviews point to constant defects and even bricking within mere months for some people. Dealbreaker is which one has the steeper discount come Labor Day (if any) but I do want longevity.

tl;dr How much am I really losing by going with the Dell monitor and is there a way to counteract the low nit problem?

no. except maybe a PS Vita or PSVita-TV. Or just a real PSP

Yeah not that it applies to your laptop but you want HAGS on anyway for framegen and other Nyidya shit to work properly.

At this point it's an inevitable force of nature that requires pruning and prevention in tech/nerd/white collar spaces. Like mold, pests, or weeds it will take over if nothing's done. The white nerd archetype is dealing with an epidemic on the level of crack cocaine amongst blacks in the 80s. SomethingAwful (where 'troon' came from) and their man-dress takeover was the warning, and it was too late by the time speedruns went full chopdick.

"Fixes" for a hacky barely functional piece of sewage that is GSdx doesn't matter, that nigger being a lazy piece of shit because he can't move on from his failiure of a project shouldn't be rewarded or praised

Mid game outside of the soundtrack from Sunsoft's peak era for NES music. You can get that from better games, though. Always found the sprites and art a little ugly, too.
>>
That modern sequel was also a real snooze-fest. Beyond it being a well-crafted Famicom game that game really doesn't gave much going for it.
>>
>>579171217
Imma be honest with you GSHW should be thrown out, software renderer and parallel-gs exist.
>>
>>579212140
Sure I'm thankful for the foundation the made, and Stenzek for bringing the UX out of the plugin-hell Bush-era mess it was, but it's been stagnant and resistant to improvements since.
>childish refusal to merge PGS; I don't care what contrarian babble you have about the shaders, schizanon
>won't merge softfloat
>made it shader-based but won't accept outside help in removing the stutter side-effects because sorry CHUD we run an organic coffee enema show here, NO CLANKERS ALLOWED :^)
It's become an incestuous, glacial-paced tranny club like everything else, and you ain't it.

on the other hand you have LRPS2 that won't add all the missing input features because it's either too hard or impossible to do within the MaisterPad paradigm, and the hint enhancement system is total opaque garbage. It should be more like the Cheat system where you can tick things on and off specifically per game, but they'll never do that and faggot here will just keep eating their shit and asking for seconds, so why bother?

Meanwhile Reliquary kind of does it all.

may well be that it's just nostalgia for me.
This was one of my favorite games when I was a child, but I never got to finish it because I lost it (I lent it out to a kid in the neighborhood and that asshole didn't give it back to me before his family moved to a different city) and by the time emulators became a thing I had forgotten its name.

>sprites and art a little ugly
objectively, it has some of the most detailed animations on the NES, and I like the cutesy but slightly surreal art style
>>
>>579189984
Great games. They shouldn't be hard to emulate even for a laptop
>>
>>579172032
video capture still doesnt work. i tried vulkan and it doesnt work which tells me they still have not fixed shit and its a waste of time trying to test the other codecs.
>>
>>579219697
>>579219957
This. Parallel was able to do within the span of a few years what GSdx wasn't able to in several decades. They have too much ego to admit their hacky shit software can't compete and pretending to polish a turd won't change that. It's a massive wasted effort when it could go to actually important changes. Maybe then it would be worthwhile to appreciate the software they make, because they aren't arbitrarily holding themselves back with 0 benefit to the end user.
>>
>>579220542
I tried out the new slop LRPS2 added here
>>578759735
And it really can't compete with reliquary's implementation. Granted I was only messing around with settings, but I was chugging on LRPS2 with softfloat on except VU1. Meanwhile reliquary handled it like a champ, I felt absolutely no performance impact.
>>
>>579227376
It's not exactly a waste of time to try the others if you really want to use it, but they should look into why some codecs are crashing. Just use some external means otherwise, I guess. I like ShareX.
>>
>>579219957
>childish refusal to merge PGS; I don't care what contrarian babble you have about the shaders, schizanon
Thanks god they refuse to merge it. Surely you dont want to let TJ to (((fix))) pgs too, after he (((fixed))) gsdx.
>>
>>579229554
i just tried it and it doesnt work just like i knew would happen. desu it says windows and i am on linux but it should have worked on linux out the gate and i have all codecs installed. it seems to me mkv is the problem they need to fix. just a couple of weeks ago i tried it and only that garbage mp4 was the only one working. this should only be a problem in windows not linux and supposedly they just fixed it on windows.
>>
>>579227860
lmao. parallel-gs standalone STILL doesn't work on RTX 5000
its like he doesn't even want to compete with regular pcsx2
>>
>>579231456
sorry mkv works with libx264 so the problem is not mkv
>>
>>579232016
Works on my machine
>>
>>579233013
h264, hevc and av1 does not work with vaapi or vulkan on mkv but software renderer libx264 work on both mp4 and mkv. i cant test on intel or nvidia gpus because i only have amd and my hardware supports all of these hardware encoders so they should work and they work outside of pcsx2. another software codec that works on mkv is ffv1(ffmpeg).

It's basically shadow boxing with an AI to push yourself, and guess what, boxing is one of the most intense workouts you can do.

My cardiovascular system is fucked somehow, that's why I want do more cardio.
Picrelated is from when I recorded my heartrate during sex a few days ago, notice how I got up to 194 bpm and spent 15 fucking minutes in the "danger zone"

It's kind of funny that PCSX2 now has higher hardware requirements than RPCS3 despite the PS3 being 35 times faster than the PS2.

Must be all the RPi priorities.

what do you expect from the """dev""" team who'd rather sit in the discord circlejerking they/themselves off after every small qt ui change instead of idk actually developing the emulator and not blaming users for not using a 9950x3d2 to emulate the fucking ps2

I could try vibing a fix one my weekly limit resets next Tuesday at around 8 AM. But before I do, I have to at least fulfill my promise of a public build of MegaVibe. (It'll still be Windows Only, though, since it relies heavily on D3D11 ATM.)

Why MAME sucks so fucking much? People love talking shit about Retroarch, but at least this is usable after a few tweaks. Most MAME configurations are not even done inside the app

i doubt you can vibecode a 3ds cheat to specifically do that in that specific game but feel free to try i guess
