They really should have just focused on a single persona universe. The more of the event I read, the more it just feels like a complete clusterfuck of nonsense that everyone in the game just sort of accepts as if they have any clue what's going on. It's like the opposite of character-driven. The characters are being pushed around by the narrative and marketing, forced to explain things rather than exist as individual personalities.And, side note - not having Yuki taste Emma's cookies was such a huge oversight. A good writer would have seized on that extremely rare opportunity to have two terrible cooks try each other's food with an unpredictable outcome. No idea how they passed that up just to force Teddy to have screen time.

Can someone tell me what the main theme/central message of Star Anis was? It felt like it existed to just be a drama for the sake of drama. Like obviously project Matis, Old tales, Red ash, Key etc had a reoccuring message/point to give throughout the story.
