It's obviously a bit of RNG, but Siracusa has two REALLY strong earlygame engines.You have Provence who is a pretty solid sniper and gives you one free refresh on purchase, and Texas who is a pretty strong earlygame vanguard who gives you one free refresh when sold. These allow you a bit of breathing room to refresh and fish for more Siracusa operators, and if you're using Chiave for Siracusa every six refreshes grants you a random Siracusa operator. Since a refresh costs 1 point your engine is basically neutral - you can sell Provence/Texas for 1 cost + 1 cost worth of refresh. If you Elite them, Texas is 2 refreshes on sale and Provence is 2 refreshes for being Elited on top of your free promote operator. You don't really struggle that much earlygame with that sort of engine, plus you get Lappland at T2 who is very strong even into endgame thanks to charging Wolf Spirit REALLY quickly with +aspd, very strong laneholders at T3 with Vigil + Vulpisfoglia, and you just keep scaling each tier.T4 has TexAlt and Aroma who are both incredibly strong, T5 is Suzuran and Angelina for good CC if you even need it, and I really do not even need to sell you on LappAlt at T6. In terms of support picks; I haven't really felt the need to grab any but Penance and Bellone are both probably pretty alright with Siracusa faction buffs.

The old rotating annihilations will be quite hard but if you can manage them they have a good bit of guaranteed higher tier mats for only 25 san each. You can pause AK and close the game if you fumble to avoid paying sanity. IS2-3 monthlies give you rental ops so it's a bit rough but you can batter a run through over a couple attempts.
