It's... well, it's not great. It outputs basically "default anything v3 style but with jiitome and artistic errors", it seems to fall into that danbooru trap of "the only way to categorize low detail art = low rating art", so errors abound. Spoilering for fat, so don't click if you don't like it, but it shows what I mean perfectly. That body looks like a gen straight from like, 2023.

For some reason it's totally fucking up Ash Blossom & Joyous Spring in v5. It keeps giving her a fox tail, long hair, and bangs. I can correct the bangs & length but it still pushes a bow onto her waist and an overly fluffy tail. It also repeatedly draws her in the same artstyle if I remove artist tags. Took off all the neg tag wrangling to relax the model, quit trying for the armrest pose. When shoes aren't in view, there's tendency for feet (out of view) to be higher than where it should be.
For V5 I bumped sidarim up to 2.5:: and genned some pics, character finally actually doesn't seem bad, not excited about the background but.it's better than V4.5. IIRC character quality would go kinda nasty when I push it over 2:: with all the other tags in place.

That's still within range of an acceptable depiction of her tail. I don't have danbooru gold so I can't see everything uploaded, but most tails in uploaded art don't go majorly overboard. The gens NAI was giving out were full-blown fat bushy tails like you'd see on maybe a fox girl, and even then it'd be a fat fox tail. The Yu-Gi-Oh! tag fixes it enough at least, so it could be some part of the phrase "Ash Blossom & Joyous Spring" that's bringing data from another tag.
That aside, while genning other stuff and getting samey results I'm now wondering if NAI might either be temporarily caching data used for its generations or that there might be an issue with how it's handling seeds which causes less variations.

Okay, tested the comic feature extensively, and while I won't post what I genned for the sake of decency, I will say that it's very, very effective and people should give it a shot. A few notes:

-You DO have to put the same characters in different panels as new "characters".

-You DO have to format the comic proompt the same way it is in the image in my previous post here >>578334184

-You can keep the scene setup, character positions, etc. the same across concurrent panels by saying "Panel X is the same as Panel Y, but". For example, "Panel 3 is the same as last scene, but the blue haired girl is clutching her stomach and farting." will keep the guy looking at her in disbelief from behind in the same position, her in the same position, but change it slightly.

-The text renderer is REALLY fucking good now. "Handwritten" as an adjective for text looks amazing if you want a nice, casual look.

-Colored text helps a LOT with keeping character dialogue to the correct character.

-If your character's got a lot of dialogue in one bubble, break it up into two. Also, try to put them in their own panel if their massive speech bubble is getting mixed with another.

-You can adjust panel size by stating as such in the initial prompt, but only do this on odd-panel-numbered comics.

Yes. I also had artist tags not work on certain characters. I was genning just fine with other characters but as soon as I tried the same styles on Maki from Love Live it only genned her in the basic style. Artist mixing is also faulty where sometimes a tag will overpower another and no amount of emphasising can fix that but artist mixing hasn't been great since V3 so I'm used to it.
