I have come to the conclusion that Duel Links is the best format in Yu-Gi-Oh. Skills fix a lot of the major problems that standard have. The going second feels super balanced because of skills.No need to worry about consistency because of skills. Every game feels played. 10/10

Look at kewl tune, many of them don't main charmy since for them charmies isn't part of combo while most other handtraps are. The same can be said for raise moon, you either draw your raise moon or you draw cards that can instantly affect the opponent turn (handtraps) or power spells that let you deal with your opponent on your next turn. Adding too many drawing options feels pointless from that perspective. Reload is shit, it is a -1 on my turn and if I draw it during opponent turn, it does nothing. As for Goemon, I'm thinking about other options, namely lancea or chaos hunter since all banish decks are not dying to common handtrap. Elfnote and toon aren't too scary with Squeeze, Fuwa, and Puru around. Ultimate sky, spatial trunade and F&V combination after drawing a lot of cards should be able to stop those two decks

In hindsight it's kinda funny how the Banishment Facedown gimmick is actually a huge detriment because that means none of the Xenovaders can actually float or have effects there and you are entirely reliant on your hand/field effects to get them out and your followup is entirely contingent on having hand/field presence unlike standard float decks with followup in the GY/banishment.
