Three blast shards all stacked up plus about 190% strength lets remedium restore over 1,150 shields, which means that Vauban gets the full 2.5 shieldgate cap (you do not need to have any shield mods to get the 2.5 second shieldgate, you can get it with his base 370 shields). Every ability but his three and vector pad procs arcane sculptor (flechette still procs it) so you should never have energy problems on him.
