No one comes close to his 150% crit up + 50% buster up + 30% charge. Avalon really doesn't compete there since her crit up is smaller and her card type buff is for a much worse card type for crits.

In any case, it's not worth going for a Quick team unless you happen to already be in love with a Quick servant, or happen to already have Douman or Dantes. Even then I wouldn't prioritize it unless you are a huge Douman / Dantes fan, which is unlikely unless you have a vagina.
