Tsubaki, Yuuka, Hoshino, Hibiki are farmables that you should look at. Eimi ofc is good currently and for raiding. But because the seasons change the meta fairly often, it might not be an amazing idea to build some fotm pvp student while you're still trying to catch up. Imagine dumping a lot of valuable resources into nyHaruna and she hasn't been meta since that's me btw lol. You can't go wrong with farmables/coin students like Tsubaki/Eimi though, even if they're on the back burner for pvp meta by the time you're caught up, they're usually worth building.
