Some comps need a few turns of set-up or people aren't adjusting their rotation to match the room speed. Dark is really notable here since it needed ramp time for the FO comp or it has to sac Nier on turn 2 and parade around with -50% defense on the party. It'll take some time for people to restructure their copy/paste set-ups to combat back-to-back 2m omens, but by then, rooms should return to normal speed anyway.

Whether you're bursting, leeching or mechanic botting, it's still a HL fight despite the powercreep. It's designed to fuck you over if you make even one mistake.
