The issue there is that there are characters that are good enough at boxing her out or keeping her locked in pressure from anything which means that when she gets into jealousy rage, they can just burst and keep her in blockstun forever until she runs out and dies. She is pretty good against about half the cast, but the other half is just so good at killing her for existing that she just ends up being bad
