Dota lost its magic for me, im so depressed. I don't even really feel emotions anymore. Idk what happened to me bros, life just moved on and it grates on your soul year after year. This game was the one thing I really enjoyed and cared about and I didn't even bother watching more than a game or two for this TI. I get home from work and don't even have energy to play. Make sure you ping all of this multiple times so your carry/offlaner won't die solo while you go for the rune (they will, and they'll cry, but it's still the correct play).

I stopped playing this game when you couldnt solo carry games anymore. Sorry, but I liked when you could kill a level 5 support and farm them as a level 12 storm spirit with orchid. I liked getting rampages with sven and solo-carrying games. You just have far less personal impact now, you cant even split push a lane of rax anymore and rat as lycan or whatver .its just brawl brawl, farm farm, braw brawl... trash game, old dota was far better

Old dota required far more skill, the map now offers unlimited farm and laning doesn't even matter because you can just go farm the bigger woods. Pushing high ground is impossible, you have to farm for 20 minutes and rosh three times just to end a stomp. You can turn your brain off in nu-dota, but not in old dota.

Update. The forced 50 continues. This latest game, my mid Earth Spirit disconnected every 2 minutes so he was 5 levels behind the enemy Invoker (played by Topson). Meanwhile my hard support furion rushed shadow blade brown boots and jungled and my carry Slark went 2/14 while their team was preparing for the next pro tournament. But I am the only constant :)
