I don’t think it’s bad to say that the flower humans were entertaining in a vacuum but not that interesting. I can get the whole pathos of their characters as plants learning to be people but it felt like they needed more going for them and I go back to that old idea that they were going to parallel the holidays and dreemurrs from asgore’s perspective because that sounded like an interesting angle to take and they sort of still do it especially with aqua but that’s the end of it. You could also just do all of that with flowery and it would’ve been good.

Dark worlds aren't actually based on perspective are they? That would be weird? Because if there's more than 1 person in the dark world then suddenly you get two perspectives. What a person sees can differ a bit but what a person imagines (like they would in the dark trying to see) is vast and widely differs from person to person.

Hey, thanks to the anon who posted about Save the Date a while back. I played it and it was pretty interesting. I hope Deltarune does something similarly cool with either the replayability or getting into the nature of stories with characters who are trapped in the story's limits. Seriously, I loved that part. I doubt we'll get to have a conversation with Gaster or the Knight about anything like that but at least the game cannot avoid going in that direction since the dark worlds are literally realms of fiction.
