I really have no fucking clue what they were thinking when designing this system. They trialed a MOD-3 style upgrade with Nemesis Gnosis who we're about to get on global, but they've never done another upgraded grindable max dupe version of an existing SR since even 6+ months later on CN so it's probably abandoned as an idea
