We got new gameplay stuff, lots of animation updates, quite a few servants got their first anni CE, the gudaguda dramalogue was good, Azrael was fine as anni servant, the rank-ups were mostly good. The only bad thing is the amount of quartz, considering we got 4 summer ssrs they could have given definitely more. We've had waaay worse anniversaries.
