I have learned more about how dryads work.If the tree loses connection below their spawn threshold, the dryads try and return to the tree; this is obvious.But, if they cannot reach the tree, due to being crippled, inside of a transport pod, or walled off, they do not despawn (at least not after like 19 days).Furthermore, they will respect forbidden doors when trying to path back to the tree.If they cannot path to the tree, they will follow a drafted master as usual.Unfortunately, things inside of a transport pod can't sleep, so you can't have an army of claw dryads sitting in a pod indefinitely awaiting deployment, they will pass out from exhaustion shortly after landing.
