I feel like Kazimierz is the worst faction in this iteration. They are completely unable to even benefit from their alliance stacks without raid or resilient. Resilient stacking has been gutted really hard since SPA1 and Raid is a gamble as always. The payoffs aren't that good either, pretty much the only reason to stack Kazimierz is to make NTR and Surtr insta-respawn. I think in most cases you're better off ditching Kazimierz entirely and just going all in on Raid, if you want that playstyle
