This will probably be my final post about this server because I've officially had enough.I joined with high expectations, expecting a project that was moving in the right direction. Instead, I've watched the same instability, poor decision-making, and astonishing level of incompetence drag the server down time and time again. Every time it seems like things can't get worse, they somehow manage to prove otherwise.I wanted to support this server because I believed in where it was headed. I had even planned to make a substantial donation, but after seeing how this project is managed, that idea is completely off the table. I can't justify financially supporting a team that repeatedly fails at things that should be standard for any well-run server.What makes it even more disappointing is that so many of these issues are avoidable. Better planning, proper testing, honest communication, and actually listening to player feedback would solve a huge portion of the problems. Instead, the same mistakes are repeated over and over, while players are expected to pretend everything is fine.The community only adds to the problem. Genuine criticism is immediately dismissed, toxic behavior is normalized, and anyone pointing out obvious issues is treated like they're the problem. It's become an environment where incompetence is defended instead of addressed.After everything I've seen, I have no confidence that things are going to improve. Making players level up only once and be able to change to new classes while keeping current level = players can change to any class without even knowing how to play. Keeping separate levels for each class = can only do quests once, so enjoy grinding mobs forever to level up second/third/fourth/... class.I should've thought about it more before trying it. It's really not a good idea at all.

Octowow actually pulls you in, the world feels alive and the community isn't dead on arrival. Jump in before the hype catches up, still early enough that it feels like ours
