Played RJ01267758 and holy hell it might be the worst game I played in the last six months. The art is good, the scenes are decent despite the miniscule build up and not really any continuity, but holy shit the gameplay. The controls aren't that responsive, there are invisible ero traps all over the place which somehow does NOT freeze time and let you get mauled during the scene if there are enemies around forcing you to chug potions during scenes, the HP bar is just as unresponsive as the controls making you randomly die before you even hit 0 HP or not letting you die at all even after hitting 0, dungeons are just random hallways with little to help you actually navigate, the minimap is completely useless, some dungeon events just teleport you back to town for no reason, there are random teleporters which transport you to a secret shop which sells pointless items and can transport you back to a random location on a DIFFERENT floor for some reason, you can't walk off 80% of ledges no matter how small they are and you have to jump over them for some reason, sometimes you can just walk over to change zones but other times you have to press the Z button and other times you can't even do it at all despite looking the exact same, the keybinds are fucking weird and you can't change them (Z for text advance but fucking I for skip), and a myriad of other dumb shit.This is my first time playing a game using this engine, but are all Bakin games like this?
