Whether they did it or not, the timing makes it too hard to deny even if they weren't liars. If you look, when Octowow is down due to DDoS, Ravencraft's playerbase never grows. Players are openly saying "fuck Ravencraft" and choosing to not play at all when their server is down. Compare that to when Octo's PvE server went down but Hardcore server went up. The hardcore server's population doubled and tripled, and retained a lot of new players even once the issue was resolved.4) Turtle's code was always kind of buggy so Octowow having bugs isn't even a deal breaker.Ultimately at the end of the day it doesn't matter what your code is. If people don't want to play on your server they won't. And to be frank, if Ravencraft can't attract players soon, it's going to get worse not better. You already have people in this thread complaining about not getting groups for the entry level dungeons. Pretty soon you'll have most the playerbase at 60 and any new people coming in will have no one to play with. They'll quit early before wasting more of their time as the aging old playerbase will drop off slowly as people lose interest.
