I know, i loved using it tonight. Having to be ammo conscious while being able to support the divers from here from halfway across the map (picrel, i shot down 3 dropships while clearing an AA nest) was a lot more fun. Being able to kill voxes in two shots if I didn't kill the dropship carrying them first was also so much fun. There was even a moment in the final mission where I asked for a teamload while we were evacing civies and we killed 5 dropships in a wave of 7 before they even landed, including 2 voxes. ANYONE who thinks this thing sucks has to be a shitter.

FPS limited to 60 even though the RTX 3080 TI can push higher at 1440p, around 75fps.
I already tried to set the PBO at -15 but I didn't trust small signs of system instability, it's the same CPU (Ryzen 7 5800X) I had for years too. I'm not sure what changed but since it never had these stutters I can't figure out what pushes that %usage, more so because I saw some benchmarks from weaker CPU-GPUs that could even push 4K.

If a gpu is operating at its selected frequency it will register as 100%. This is normal. As is any temperature under the TJmax value. The frequency changes in stages so it will always be 100%. If its not 100% when in use, you fucked up and need to call your cousin at the help desk to ask grok what to do.
A CPU records load over multiple cores so it can be any number divisible by its core count.
If you dont like the hot things because they remind you of your shack in Mumbai you simply enable the FPS limit in your driver or lower the max voltage and frequency limits.

Turning off these two settings worked for me to vastly decrease temperatures. HD's Framerate Limit straight up doesn't work - it'll still calculate as many frames as it can and will just limit the amount you actually see (just use frame limiting through your GPU drivers instead). I think the equivalent of Anti-Lag for NVidia cards is Reflex.
