The amount of lore I have to read up about Three Houses that isn't the game is immense. For example I was always curious why Sothis doesn't fucking know a lot more than she should, she even governs over the time rewinding powers. Or how she has no recollection of Rhea or what's going on in the broad sense over a church that worships her.It's because Rhea only salvaged a bit of Sothis and the bit that awakens is a fractured state that reverted to child like state probably to protect itself from the stress its under. The game's lore is there, its just Three Houses purposely broke into pieces for different playthroughs and the developers confirmed they had to cut stuff. IMO the game would've been better with 2 routes.
