A quick glance at her kit just makes her seem like a stability shredder, but I feel like elec doesn't really have a problem with stability in the first place?

Are Jiangyu or Andoris' weapon super high priority?I luckshit Oats V6R1 in about 300 pulls (I was down like 8 50/50s before the banner so don't tell me to go die) and wanted to know before I try to V6 Leva since I have her at V1R1.I have about 400 pulls including doritos so I'm going to probably use at least 300 depending on how lucky I get with Leva.
>>579323884>JiangyuNo, since you just rolled Capitalione you can just give that to Jiangyu in formation... unless you run them in the same team I guess, in which case Jiangyu does just fine with PlanetaAndoris isn't a DPS so her weapon is irrelevant, but it does buff other electro damage a bit so it's not all useless. When she uses her ult with the weapon on she basically makes the whole team do +30% electro damage
