JP had a bunch of typos in the early chapters though, and from the occasional comparison the dialogues sometimes flow differently in JP and EN and provide different information (sometimes EN has additional info, sometimes JP - e.g. the Allie thing got flat out revealed in the bad end in JP). I wish I knew CN because both translations have their oddities, JP seems to be no more faithful to the original than EN.
