Jobs which can go indefinitely and just produce materials, such as mining, logging and oil, are in a dedicated base along with a pal for electricity and one for the clinic. I just go there once in a while to put minestrone in their food box and move some 9999 stacks to the guild chest.
Everything else is in the main base because I'm always cooking food and cakes and smelting, so I need the planting harvesting watering and ranching next to me, as well as the fire and ice pals for the furnace, the electric pal, the alpha sexmeat for building, and the merchants.
