The only time I've seen stuff like that was in Overwatch, and despite peoples inability to here admit it; Overwatch does have a generally better playerbase because those players have a different mental when they're losing, a lot of the players in ranked aren't sitting around waiting for the team to lose, they actually try to accomodate for a weak link or play around a problem. And that's why I think Overwatch has a much more difficult ranked grind, unlike in Marvel Rivals where you just lock in Bucky and top frag enough to force wins.
