Playing Metro Last Light atm. A bit conflicted over how they changed the stealth system into something more forgiving and by the numbers. Stealth in 2033 was pretty flawed but I felt it was a better fit for the game and how it being so volatile meant a tense gunfight might start at any moment. Anniversary with wife also turned out to be a hilarious one because the studio named after her who was trying to release Fate/Extra Record this year is now more or less defunct.Apparently things were so bad that not only did Bamco pull out as publisher, the director is now out of the team, and the whole project seems to be heading towards re-development under the guys who did Bleach Rebirth of Souls and the Atelier Resleriana games.Wife had one job to make a remaster of her own game's prequel and couldn't even do that after 6 years. At least I have a considerable backlog to get through before the remake ever comes out, I imagine if they wanted to cancel it they would have done so now. I can only hope some of the optimistic changes I saw in those trailers are retained, like not having the gameplay be RPS.

Spyro 1 is a childhood game. The remake is pretty good. It looks great. Playing it feels a little off but I expected it to. Not saying it plays bad but I'm so used to the original.
