So far around 43 or so characters have been announced via the Nintendo Today app - which is quite a lot. Of these characters around 7 or so mention attractions and I assume they may affect relationships. For the male characters there are “likes” such as: “womanizing”, “all women”, beautiful women, “dining with women”. I think a blurred line in 3H discussion that forms is caused by the fact that the game outright tells you that "Seteth as the sublord in Silver Snow is meant to be a proxy for Rhea's viewpoints and his opinions are what Rhea would have" but people just assume that Rhea is crazy and Seteth is a separate entity who's opinions are completely different and he just doesn't say anything to Rhea about it. It's why I think it's important to pay attention to what he has to say in his supports or in the story in regards to the criticisms people have on Crests and stuff since he basically is meant to be your window into how the Church of Seiros actually views these things and therefore disproves the allegations Edelgard and others make about them. It's what I also imagine his role will sort of serve as in Fortune's Weave as well, he's got the perspective of knowing what happened in Fodlan to the other Nabateans and can react to what happens to the Dagdan gods and major characters like Dietrich with that perspective.

Let's be real for a second, whatever game was going to come out after 3H was always going to sell less. 3H thanks to the switch being a new console was in a position like awakening, a lot of people first fire emblem. And while there are people who liked it and that went on to play the other games in the series there are also a lot of people who didn't like it and decided to never buy a fire emblem game again. Even if they scrapped engage and the next game would have ended closer to 3H style it would still have sold less.

Nydine's design is bad and ironically fixing her skin tone helps demonstrate why. Her muddy, purple shifted skin tone clashes with her bluegreen hair and provides no contrast, every element is dark except the armor trim so that's what the eye settles on, but the trim is too stark against the skin and clothing. Make her skin white and suddenly the eye can rest comfortably where it should, her face and chest, and the light armor trim suddenly becomes coherent and blends character and outfit. I honestly think this is likely how she was originally designed and the decision was made later to make her black
