It's not perfect, but it seems like I can do most charts up to 28 on PC just fine. 29 seemed to be rather hard, but there's not enough charts on 29 and 30 to be sure. As far as full combos go, I generally don't really grind for full combos, but I did get a FC on a lvl 25 on PC without even really trying.

if you want more rolls get a job instead of grinding the events.
5% is a good rate generally for a gacha but its just a percentage spread between the members so if you're wanting a specific one its still a very low percentage and pity is super costly to achieve.
