Is there a setup that has a good middle ground between OStim (control over scenes, generally 'lighter' in terms of how much it effects gameplay) and sexlab (content, semi-functional defeat mods, etc)? I've been switching between the two for a week and it seems like they've both regressed pretty massively since I last played a few years ago. I know that OStim got abandoned pretty quickly by the original OSA guy but I don't remember sexlab being this buggy and annoying to set up, unless I'm looking with rose tinted glasses.

ALERT GAMEPLAY QUESTION. So I havent played Skyrim much but I started again recently. I've seen videos people post where they basically walk around in broad daylight running circles around NPCs with 100 Sneak. But when I leveled Sneak to 100 (and using Ordinator perks) and some Sneak gear, I still get seen from what feels like almost normal aggro distance unless its like dead of night, especially animals. Am I missing something? Im not using any mods that should change the game's AI/difficulty and im on whatever normal is called.
