Warding totem surprisingly heals a lot and is buffed in this server, but it's also your shield skill that you'll need to save for specific mechs such as staggers, knockups etc. Thrall of life is pretty bad in this state and you can't rely on it. I have to admit even as a very experienced healer I'm scrambling around in certain scenarios due to mana being such an issue until your weapon gets proper rolls, and once you get the glyph for volley of curses it gets even more hectic.
