I gave one to my Kagero and its okay, does slightly less damage than DTS but you lose out on the accuracy buff. The paralysis chance did help a bit against Tonberries but you really only ever want to use it to hit enemy weaknesses for the damage bonus.

Guarda GWO is easy above 0 corruption. 0 corruption is not a requirement to clear it.
Just get 3x fighters and spam FPS, with enough damage, the GWO gets stuck in a loop of getting downed and waking up to try and close the gate.

You just fought him at 13 corruption. The next two endings can be done at 8 corruption which is really not that much of a step up. Ending 4 needs 6 corruption which is an annoying step up, but is totally optional at this point only offering a Luck mind lantern and fighting him at 0 corruption fucking sucks but is only an achievement.

None of the characters you like can equip a relic at all, so I'd say they're low priority. None of them are best in slot, they're just all really good with good blessings so you don't have to spend hours and hours opening thousands of junk and gamling with FAS after that fact. This is especially relevant for the Katana which sucks tremendous ass to farm normally. 2H sword is great source of surety for your fighters while you get them other gear and then replace it with an Axe because axes are still just that good.

A single line of surety on a 4* equipment averages to 11 after refinement and enhancement with no FAS and can go up to 16. The sword is fantastic catch up equipment that will never become "bad" but if you are so sure that 12 SUR is so make or break you haven't spent a moment at the blacksmith.

in a hypothetical world you'd need a 4 star purple axe with a SUR ATK whatever third roll, alter that to SUR, then win the 4th +20 roll to be ATK% which will still be lower
and even if we assume both SUR rolls get the maximum enhancement and refine, that's still 32 or 8 SUR off a bad rolled ragnarok, with 8 SUR being the average dead stat you alter and refine on a piece of gear
with infinite time and overall perfect rolled gear everywhere else an Axe would beat ragnarok but time isn't infinite and a trash abyss 5 weapon will beat it anyway so

Wtf did they do to the bondmate system. I just spend over two hours fountain camping just for one pair of bondmates! Wtf, how did they manage to make the process even more cancerous? Having to wrap around and sit through 15 minutes of unskippable cutscenes for two 10 second fights wasn't annoying enough? All together I spend almost the hours and only for one pair done. I prepped five sets of bondmates but at this rate I give up.

Is there some new strat I missed to get the heart on them other than the old method of killing the gwos and going camping? Or is this normal now?
