>>579609356i'd honestly say that, for a new player, the game is great, it has tons of content, there aren't too many artificial blocks, i'd even say that the only hurdle is leveling blacksmithing, so you can make high tier gear. there aren't many limited characters either, and we'll have a few of them rerun in winter, and the gameplay is fun. it's mostly veteran players who have issues, because the devs don't care, it seems like their current strategy is to put in the least amount of effort possible, and aim for a revolving door playerbase, where they don't actually care about player retention. it's likely why they reran all the paid prestige skins during the 3rd anni, it's when they attract the most players - nickel and dime them on skins, and then they can fuck off.

I still don't trust these fuckers and I wouldn't recommend anyone to play this game. I think we're too far gone to see any real change now. These devs want minimal effort for maximum profit. August proved more than we needed to see.
