Finally back from work, so this morning everyone thought she was a brick with Liino but then started finding her quite strong in practice with other characters like Arcane/Xaihi/Gilberta/Perlica, after half a day what's the verdict? Brick/good? Did anyone make her work with Tangtang?

Then you do not engage with the factory AT ALL until an update where there is one, and even then you only engage with it on the day of the patch, you slog through the new 5 hour story update to unlock the new AIC stuff so you can craft the new on-banner Operator's gear, and you do all of this within a single day. But to do this you are forced to tear down your ENTIRE AIC to build a new one to put in the new AIC machines, which is a massive chore for anyone who doesn't absolutely love the factory.Afterwards, your AIC is quite literally abandoned until the next AIC update (which could be two patches away, in other words 80+ days away). You do not engage with it at all in any way, shape or form. So the afformentioned people who DO love the factory are left severely dissastisfied because past Day 1 of the patch they have nothing to do with their factory and it just collects dust till the next AIC update 40-80 days later. And this is IF they even pull anyone the patch with an AIC update, if you AREN'T? Then you wait potentially 120-160 days or whenever the fuck you actually pull another operator (and with how stingy they are with pulls, unless you are actively mintpicking every last mint to get all the Oreberyl than you won't have enough to pull for at least 2 patches anyway).So the factory is both a massively tedious brickwall for new players because of the forced tutorials and forced-tearing-down of and rebuilding the AIC every AIC update patch and simultaneously lackluster for factory-enjoyers because they don't have any reason to engage with the factory more than once every-other update. It is the worst of both worlds.

Current Endfield storytelling fails and it would be improved if it didn't focus solely on Wuling (I'm not hating on wuling itself don't stop reading right there) but spread itself over several stories that slowly progress in the background while each patch swaps focus between them. Imagine different regions like seen in one republic - give me something music video trailer as an example on how the stories could cycle between regions. Basically V4 tutorial splits into 3: Wuling, Some originum desert, frozen wastelands, all perfect places to give even the current OP roster room to breathe in and develop their own stories.That way we could have better factory improvements, better character stories that don't feel forced into MSQ, threats that don't feel like cartoon villains, place for both bonekrushers, aggeloi and blight and nefarith to make sense. Endfield industries that is super powerful but at the same time not omnipotent because it has to spread itself too thin. But I guess the current writers can't write for shit when it comes to progressing worldwide story and focus only on characters same shit happened to recent ff14 expansions that ruined the game's lore just as bad.Of course there would be cons because we could get kind of story where everyone seems even more reliant on endfield you superhero teleporting everywhere to solve every problem in the world but doesn't the story already feel like it with how stupid some of the sidequests are?
