Pinky just so happens to be great when paired with Mitsuru (navigators can move 4 actions earlier with her passive and provides follow up damage) and Turbo (more extra actions and big pierce). This can get ridiculous to the point that you run out of buffs and highlights to stack. Pinky's S2 is alright in aoe content too. Its not great but better than youd expect. She scores around the same with A1 Ange and A2 Fuuka. Miku will be slightly better ofcourse. Her dps ceiling is a step up from makoto/berry/bui but not nearly as high as rcloser 2 patches after her as she has no dedicated psy supports until summer berry. Her one weakpoint is that she lacks pierce/defdown in her kit. Her critrate is very easy to cap though.
