On last boss follow the knowers regarding the mechanics (there's a lot of walking), but at last 10% you will have to go around the boss arena and destroy totems while the raid breaks the shield on the boss. Usually people will assign which healers go where in the form of "healer x go to entrance, healer y go to exit". That means you stick to your assigned half of the arena and watch out for any spawning totems. If you're not sure you can always ask a ranged dps to help you, the dps check isn't that tight.
