This game design physolophy and its skill based matchmaking are extremely incompatible and made for the sole purpose to keep you running the eternal treadmill. The better you play, the worse your teammates gets, the harder the salty runback thinking you will can carry the next one. thats why support players are all high rank because they do nothing and win, so their stupidly low skill just let them auto pilot.
