In the case of this scene, he used a ton of power and helped kill one of the big bads of the series so his reward has to be massive. His reward is not shown, only him and the girl in the car and then the quick pan to the car window being steamy and her hands pressed against the glass. OBVIOUSLY the implication is there although never stated explicitly in the manga. In the anime the car is literally rocking so....most likely he a he probably railed her. Which is funny since the girl is basically a side character who isn't even romantically interested in the MC and she ends up taking his virginity over the plethora of main girls fighting over him.
