My strategy is to get everyone roughly where I want them, and edge the shorter range people forward as much as I dare, and trying to give everyone clear lines of sight to avoid friendly fire. It's a good setup when I can get everyone crouched too before sniper Ginger starts the party.There seems to be an awareness mechanic with the enemies too, as sometimes no one will be moving but the encounter will still begin.
