Finished the season 4 story and that was legit one of the worst shit I've read in a while. What a rushed mess.Episode 1 was okay and felt like the only proper part, setting up the thing with Anis at the end who could end up becoming a recurring villain after season 4 lol.Episode 2 was complete fucking filler, like even worse filler than Season 3 episode 2 with ADHD. Nothing fucking happened during this episode, legit nothing. It ends up with you going to the hatchery to meet Anis and Arabella "betraying" you.Episode 3 introduces Olga and then you kinda reset by going back to the ship, then back to the hatchery after learning of her past. While she was entertaining and energetic, she kinda was just there as a plot device to resolve the minor conflict from episode 2 which just padded the beginning of episode 3. Finally you face Anis who at this point has not appeared in the story more than a couple of times despite the entire plot of the season revolving around her. She does some villain speech and then you kill her after she transforms. Then the part ends and everyone goes home. They fumbled her so bad it's unreal. She could have been a well written and interesting villain, but her whole story is a complete and utter mess. Because they dicked around and did nothing in episode 2, everything had to be quickly resolved in episode 3 where half of it had to be dedicated to Olga's story.Olga is very cute and funny, but season 4 story is complete ass.

Like why do you even need to farm decks in this game? There's literally nothing to use them in. The only place where you "need" a farmed deck is the Great Rift which is active 6 weeks out of 12 of a season. And the difference at the end of the season if you put a lot of effort into it is that you get a different badge and a few more nonpullcurrency materials which are pretty much useless. That's it?You can do the distortion bosses which give out rewards once, so 3 bosses a season? You can play tower with your farmed decks, which rewards you a sticker for a combatant after you've cleared the easy floors that rewards you once crystals. After that you only get stickers for doing that repetitive stuff. You can also uh... Farm simulations? Do the dimensional dawn every 3 weeks in which you one turn the fights and get the rewards. They even made it so now that you only need to do 3 fights every season to get full rewards because there was no point in making you do all the fights due to how easy it is.
