I think spells and traps resolving should always make "when" effects miss the timing. For example, if Raigeki is activated as CL1 and it destroys Yubel, Yubel should miss the timing. After all, the last thing that happens is not Raigeki destroying Yubel but the spells and traps activated during the chain being sent to the GY.
