I manually checked 500 lines of a highly reputable translation for a VN with over 3000 votes on VNDB. The translation was fucking atrocious with an over 8% error rate, genuinely almost 1 severe comprehension error every 10 lines. I no-prompted a 5.6 Sol translation, checked, and it only had 4 errors across the entirety of the 500 lines, and they were not even severe ones, just some minor wording choice issues.MTL is genuinely so much better than humanity it is unreal. I even looked up the response to the patch and everyone was positive. There was like one guy unhappy with the prose quality, and someone had this to say>Is this translation perfect? No. But if this is "worse than MTL" then all human translators will soon be out of job.Well now MTL is genuinely, mathematically 10x better than what you described as being good enough to put all human translators out of a job.
