I've been thinking about Romancing SaGa 3 because of the remake announcement.It's a short nonlinear jrpg with eight possible main characters, several other recruitable characters, and two battle systems. I think it justifies three playthroughs before you've exhausted almost everything the game has to offer: first blindly stumble your way through the game, then cheese the game with Hasten Time, then pick Mikhail and defeat the full power final boss in Commander Mode.Julian/Monika have a longer intro, Katarina has a different intro, Khalid has his own special dungeon, and Mikhail has his own ruling minigame + a cool army battle minigame + gets access to extra weapons and armor. Katarina, Khalid and Mikhail are strong combat units with Mikhail being best at commander mode.So a good route might be to pick Julian first, afterwards play just the intro with Katarina then restart and play the game with Khalid, then lastly Mikhail.If you're willing to miss a little so you can pick cute girl characters then I recommend Ellen -> Katarina -> Mikhail (his unique stuff is worth doing). Monika is also a cute girl but I don't like the music that plays when she's the MC.Unfortunately RS3 on vita has slowdown if you fight in the world's end dungeon.And if you're new to the series RS2:ROTS and RS2 are better.
