I started Don't Blush when it released, but I haven't touched it in weeks.

Revisiting Don't Blush and I think I figured out what bothers me: there's no sense of continuity, the scenes were recorded way too open ended and could have been shuffled around with little to no impact. And while that's not inherently a deal breaker for a slice of life vehicle... it doesn't feel like there's much of a slice of life there either, just the general scaffolding of slice of life tropes happening without much of a life. Does that make sense? Am I alone in this? Don't know why I find it so distracting.
