Well, the new campaign boss fights look great but feel awful. They're even more parry heavy than the other bosses, which were already mostly parry exercises. I don't know what on earth goes through the heads of those behind these decisions. They add these interesting combat styles to the game but basically punish you for trying to use them during boss fights. What's the point when 95% of the boss fight is spent parrying and the damage window is shorter than the most basic rotation of any of the martial arts?

They are also feisty, kinda cocky sometimes, but also a bleeding heart with a great sense of justice, which makes them often bicker against Zhongyuan since he's a politician who only sees the greater good. All these makes it easy to see the MC's wants and desires and how conflict and obstacles that seek to hurt or take away the former would cause them to react in a certain way, and I do think Hidden Mountain really showcased this side of the MC rather well since their personalities are contrasted and complimented with various characters who also have clear wants and desires. It's a rather rare case where the characters setting aside their petty difference to strive towards a common goal so that nobody's desires gets trampled in the process actually doesn't come off as forced just for the sake of the plot.

I am level 95 and I'm hitting like a wet noodle against Qianye Round 2 and the Lion boss phase 2s. I maxed out my hengblade martial art but it seems to not be enough on its own with a legendary heng. So many antisocial fuckwits hide the notes in absurd places, often using glitches and build mode tricks to place them, where players can't normally access them. Meanwhile, I've been "hiding" all of my treasures right next to teleporters so people after the notes can simply get them instead of being fucked around. Why fuck people over when making it easier for them also makes it faster for you to get the rewards?It would be reasonable to get creative and challenging if the area was small and clearly defined, instead of a giant fucking map. The last treasure I found was marked as in the middle of a path but it ended up being way up in the air I had to build to reach. Dickheads doing shit like that need to be banned from the game and beaten IRL.
