Dual wield isn't viable either at lower levels unless you've got weapon skill+excellent weapons, which is not guaranteed on F R E S H. I did 1h+shield til 40 in 2019 classic and it was excellent. Combined with a spirit set you'll have hardly any downtime and have a much higher rate of survival simply by avoiding the annoyance of slow 2h weapons and having higher overall protection

The Hunter didn't need more burst damage. The Hunter needed DPS through synergy and scalability. A good start would have been making the pet immune to all AOE effects. That's an easy 250dps right there. Maybe boost pet damage by a flat 10%. But the Hunter did not need more burst.

Housing is shit unless you can find a way for it to work in the open world. Nobody cares about instanced shit and gets forgotten. Wildstar had a better housing system then current nuWoW back in 2014
