The lack of a reputation system is possibly the most immersion-shattering part of the entire game.The gigs you do will make you an enemy of every single gang and corp in the city, yet none of them shoot you on sight, let alone try to hunt you down. Arasaka should also be hunting you the whole game due to the heist but just doesn't. And given the city is corp-run, if the corps are after you then the NCPD should also be after you. Yet both are completely passive; this is even more insane given how much bounty-collecting work you do for the NCPD since you can simultaneously have killed as many cops as you want and they just....don't care at all.
