I don't have a problem with the servant selection for the costumes.At most I'd say that there's plenty of halloween costumes among the CEs that I would like to see introduced but, aside from that time the FGO Fes had an Halloween area, they're by artists that aren't the servant's original illustrators so I guess it would be a mess if the Servant artist itself doesn't go to Nasu, Takeuchi and the CE artist and asks them to let them implement it.

I'm not saying that people hate them now or that they're unpopular or whatever, but fags used to pretend that TM was high-literature and that Nasu always had a plan and everything was perfectly foreshadowed and it was gonna come together in the end, but then nothing came together, most subplots were abandoned and the game just ended with a big pile of nothing.
