Yes, most of the itasha creators have been terminated. Twitter's full of it.
Screenhots showing that they, out of nowhere, receieve a few dozen messages about their content being reported, followed by a message about them being permabanned, followed by a message about them being temp-banned.
Some sort of shitposter cabal has developed a reportbombing tool and finally killed all their targets, since PGG's bots just autoban on receiving enough reports.
Their support staff is the usual blend of bots and indians as well, so there won't be any unbans either.

The worst part is the hardware bans. They even ended up banning a few people who just take photos of itasha liveries

Ah, the only car with the hitbox outside the model is the honda freed, it replaces the steagea but it is not too drastic, you can always remove the zip of the targeted car if you dont like it, other than that all cars are pretty close to the original

There are a few generated liveries in there, should be helpful for your algorithm. I've actually been using your tool to find liveries in my own save, it has been useful for that. Do you think it would be possible to add support for livery collections like mine? Basically you'd have to make it search for folders named "Livery_xxxx", because the archive has a folder for each car. It would be pretty useful for visualizing this collection.

Thanks, I’ll go through the archive after work. The manual ones are useful too, since in the early stages the algorithm could sometimes flag completely handmade liveries as false positives. So in the end, I just identified some patterns that distinguish generated liveries from manual ones, and now I’m basically just tweaking the thresholds

I’ll probably have to do pretty much the same thing when I start improving the possible duplicate detection algorithm

There’s no real technical difficulty with this one. I just need to think about how best to fit it into the existing UI/UX. Maybe it’ll just be a separate option in the settings that enables searching by folder name

I've dialed-in more controllable slip, and for the layout specifically, I've added 0.1 toe-out to better hook-in the car aggressively like at the high-speed S-corner and the kink after the bridge that can be carried in with full-speed at the right turning point. Because of the car setup, there's a greater emphasis on maximising (rail-tracking) your racing lines. Have fun!

Those live inside the "SoulBoundLivery" folders inside your save folder. Find the one that belongs to the car ID of your car then duplicate that folder and remove the "SoulBound" part off its name. It will show up on your designs menu but without a thumbnail.
If you want a thumbnail, you can grab it off %localappdata%\ForzaHorizon6\LocalStorage_Cache\CacheThumbnails if you look around there and then copy and paste it inside the livery's folder, just rename the thumbnail to bigThumb instead of the cryptic stuff it had.

I just got a "Inappropriate UGC" message in my message centre even though I've only made like 2 liveries that are mostly just inoffensive replicas of liveries from the DiRT games, same goes for vinyls.
Either some guy spammed the single itasha I ever made which has a character fully clothed, or they have some AI checking everything you downloaded.
I highly recommend you guys copy any spicy wraps you may have to outside your save folder and then delete those through the in-game library. They are not playing about any of this.

Yeah I had 2 liveries by gerboo27 in my library that I forgot to delete but I didn't even have them applied. I'm starting to think it was actually a photo I took during one of the weekly photo ops where I had that Iori wrap for the Golf made by Kamikaze as someone else also got the same kind of ban for a pic they took with spicy liveries. The issue is that I never shared the photo, so they're either checking unshared stuff or it was something else.
