Lingxiao's new breakthrough also brought along some new abilities. First is that she has a Qi Shield, which acts like a 100 HP shield belt while in combat. Another Empire outpost down. Suyin was shot pretty bad, fracturing her sternum, but dosed herself with Nikkenyl and patched herself back up. Unlike the others, she's an incredible shot and can kill people a lot faster than the melee fighters, but also unlike the others, she's not a cultivator and has no inherent protection. She can't deflect or dodge bullets. Now that they're semi-regularly hitting imperial outposts, the sect could really use an alchemist to deal with injuries.
