how well you play your class determines your theoretical damage ceiling. the boss gimmicks on the other hand only move that ceiling up or down based on what exactly the gimmick is, and playing it inefficiently will only decrease your overall damage output relative from the theoretical max

i was just shit for the first few runs and had like 5% hp left from getting kicked out of reality early from fucking the altars and fucking it up even harder in p3. i ended up doing the super greed 1 cleanse in illusion + double gold altar spam in reality for only p1+p2 and defaulted back to the non-sweaty greed strat where you stay in illusion until you cleanse the entire gauge and then move to reality and hold the gauge at 130% with it being two thirds filled for p3. it seemed to work but just barely since i had 10 seconds and barely finished origin for the clear. i thought i could do limbo but i'll just leave it alone for now, i don't think i can do it even with the slightly lower hp because there's no FD bonus tacked on like there is in star.

last years night troupe wasnt that great but at least it had event stats including crit damage right when legion champion releasedthe free lv 260 char if u grind ur main a bit was good toomain benefit of this night troupe for me is gonna be doing sac dailies on all my bossing chars and getting like 1+ erda a day and kinda juicing their hexa a decent amount (which I also did last year)
problem with night troupe last year (and this year to i think?), is that is was cut short from 6 weeks to 4 weeks, and the first 2 weeks of night troupe is dogshit since the event stuff takes time to level up and unlock, so by the time night troupe actually gets good, there is only 2 weeks left and it's over before it started.
why it didn't start alongside this frieren shit?
